Designed for students in 3rd - 12th grade. Learn to illustrate like a professional Perspective, shading, tone and line are all important tools every artist needs and never too young to learn. We will explore develop drawing techniques to get realistic affects.

$180 Tuition plus $20 Supply Fee. Additional supplies may be purchased from the studio.
*Supply fee includes consumable supplies used in class as well as take home professional supplies.
Kristine's education and experience in illustration and composition bring an original style, sensitivity, and craftsmanship to her work. She has offered numerous workshops in art centers and galleries and has a studio in Hastings Nebraska.
She has won numerous awards and exhibitions including Nebraska Arts Council, Longwell Museum, Bone Creek Museum of Agrarian Art and the Museum of Nebraska Art, She was featured in the April 2016 issue of Art and Architecture Magazine as an emerging artist to watch. Her work has been purchased for use on Hollywood movie sets, corporations, hospitals and private collectors as far away as Canada and Sri Lanka.
She and her family reside in the Hastings Nebraska where she finds inspiration in the always changing seasons, native grasses and vast prairie landscapes
Class size is limited and may fill quickly. Registration and payment reserve your spot.
Cancellations: If Hastings public school is cancelled due to inclement weather, after school art club is automatically cancelled. An additional 30 minutes will be added to subsequent classes to make-up for weather related cancellation
Please do not bring food or drink into the studio and please inform the instructor of any food allergies or medical concerns.
When a class is filled, registration is closed. Payment is required in order to reserve your registration. If you need to cancel, payments will not be refunded but may be credited towards a future workshop.
