Summer Art Camps!
Let's Get Creative - Camps are Back!
These are NOT your typical art camp. Serious young artists will use professional art materials and illustrators media to learn professional drawing techniques. Additionally this summer, we are introducing Decoupage Glass and Paper Mache.
We will explore drawing media including graphite, pen and ink and ball point pen work to render realistic effects in our drawings. In the color illustration camp we will further learn illustration techniques with professional color pencil and gouache paint techniques. We will visual design and aesthetics through decoupage and collage in the decoupage glass class. Paper Mache - new this year- is an opportunity to work in 3 dimensional art.
All classes are taught by a artists and illustrator in a professional studio. Kristine Allphin's illustration work has been featured in magazines, package designs, books, and even a Hollywood movie. Her fine art paintings are in corporation collections and museums across the Midwest.
